Stimmt, ich bin ja &#8222;nur&#8220; beim Halbmarathon gestartet\u00a0\u2013 das ist ja alles nur halbsoviel wert. Danke!<\/p>\n<p>Erkenntnis nach 1:52:38 Stunde:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mofodesign.de\/blogg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/halbmarathon_urkunde.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"211\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ein Marathon laufe ich niemals<\/li>\n<li>den Halbmarathon n\u00e4chste Woche von Brake nach Nordenham schenken wir uns auch<\/li>\n<li>die letzten zwei Kilometer waren eine Qual<\/li>\n<li>aber das muss auch wohl so (daf\u00fcr waren die 19 Kilometer vorher nat\u00fcrlich das reinste Vergn\u00fcgen)<\/li>\n<li>jetzt wird der Rest der Laufsaison erstmal langsamer angegangen, n\u00e4chstes Rennen ist erst im kommenden Jahr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
