Nicht immer h\u00f6re ich auf die Weisungen meiner Frau und so startete das Team Martin\u00b2 heute in Hamburg beim <a title=\"Der K\u00f6hlbrandbr\u00fcckenlauf\" href=\"http:\/\/www.koehlbrandbrueckenlauf.de\/\" target=\"_blank\">K\u00f6hlbrandbr\u00fcckenlauf<\/a>. Punkt 12 Uhr gab es den Startschuss f\u00fcr die ersten 2850 Teilnehmer (um 15 Uhr gab es noch einen zweiten Start). Schon nach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mofodesign.de\/blogg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/urkunde_kbbl.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-2074\" title=\"urkunde_kbbl\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mofodesign.de\/blogg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/urkunde_kbbl-211x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"211\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>einem Kilometer ging es auf die erste Br\u00fccke als kleiner Vorgeschmack auf den Namensgeber des Laufes, dessen Steigung nach drei Kilometern begann. Als der h\u00f6chste Punkt gerade \u00fcberwunden war, gab es einigen Applaus\u00a0\u2013 nicht f\u00fcr mich, sondern f\u00fcr die schnellsten L\u00e4ufer, die mir bereits entgegen kamen, bevor ich \u00fcberhaupt den Wendepunkt sehen konnte.<\/p>\n<p>Auf dem R\u00fcckweg wirkte nicht nur die K\u00f6hlbrandbr\u00fccke viel h\u00f6her, auch die Minibr\u00fccke kurz vor dem Ziel war pl\u00f6tzlich ganz sch\u00f6n hoch. Das Ziel habe ich trotzdem nach einer f\u00fcr mich \u00fcberraschend guten Zeit erreicht. Immerhin war ich so kaputt, dass mir das Krombacher Radler richtig gut geschmeckt hat.<\/p>\n<p>Unser einziger Fan Anya \u2013 insgesamt bewegte sich die Zahl der Zuschauer im zweistelligen Bereich\u00a0\u2013\u00a0hat noch ein Foto vom Team Martin\u00b2 gemacht, bevor es auf den Heimweg ging.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6nnte gut sein, dass wir n\u00e4chstes Jahr wieder dabei sind, aber zuvor steht ja noch der Halbmarathon beim Oldenburger City-Lauf auf dem Programm.<\/p>\n<p><a
