Nicht nur, dass ich am 18. Juni mit dem Mountainbike den Brocken erklimmen muss, au&szlig;erdem hat mich meine Krankenkasse freundlicherweise darauf hingewiesen, dass ich alt werde. <strong>Check35<\/strong> hei&szlig;t der Auftakt zum Ende des Lebens. Ab sofort bekomme ich also regelm&auml;&szlig;g Wasserstandsmeldungen &uuml;ber meine Gesundheit und damit die immer gut ausfallen, habe ich heute mal wieder meine Joggingschuhe geschn&uuml;rt.<\/p>\n<p>Mit drei Trainingseinheiten pro Woche sollte ich wohl bis zum 18. Juni fit werden &ndash; allerdings habe ich heute sp&uuml;ren m&uuml;ssen, dass ich bei Null anfange.<\/p>\n<p><a
